MOST KNEE STRIKES IN 1 MINUTE (ALTERNATE LEGS)
Mr M A Murtoza (b 09-01-1979) from Faridabad, Haryana, India, a Black Belt Dan, who, on 28th Oct 2018, arduously accomplished a total of 114 knee strikes with alternate legs in one minute, has been reckoned and declared to have achieved the feat of most knee strikes.
The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates this inspiringly arduous act and honours Mr M A Murtoza with a Record Certificate.
