Nilutpal Gogoi (b. 21-09-1995), s/o Mr Pronam Kr Gogoi of Dibrugarh, Assam has been a numismatist (a currency note and coin collector) since 2011 who has so far collected 71 currency notes and coins belonging to 12 different countries (i.e. Hong Kong, Japan, Australlia, Bhutan, Singapore, Bangladesh, Russia, Thailand, Pakistan, United Arab emirates, France  and Nepal). Mr Gogoi also possesses 3 antique copper coins of India made in 1818.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates his earnest persistence to his hobby of numismatics and places his name in State Record category.
