Mr Bobby Mout (b 01-01-1973) from Dibrugarh, Assam (India) has set a State Record by making a 3-wheeler car without metals (except the engine, exhaust pipe spout and fuel pipe). This 8’ long, 4’5” high and 4’ large car with an average speed of 22 kmph is made of bamboo. The car christened “Marvellous Car” can carry upto 6 passengers and amazingly costs only Rs. 37,000 (USD 540).

Mr Mout has been in the limelight since the completion of this innovative wonder car in 2015.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) congratulates him on this innovation and honours him with this State Record certificate.
