Rajib Dey (b 01-03-1982), a young and dynamic coach from Guwahati, Assam is the youngest National Coach of India (swimming) who has produced many National and International medalists in swimming from the state of Assam.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) congratulates Mr Rajib Dey on his achievements and confers this State Record Certificate upon him.
