Mottakinur Rahman (b 01-02-1995) of Balisatra, Kamrup, Assam (India), has written a poem "DHAN BOL NOHOI MON BOLOR UPOROT" in the Assamese language without using any matrass (vowel) and yuktakshar. He wrote total 92 words in 17 lines and set a State Record.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) congratulates Mr. Rahman and honour him with a State Record certificate.
