Nripanka Das (b 07-06-1991) of Guwahati, Assam (India) has received an honorary doctorate degree in “Research and Innovative-Sustainable Development” from United States of America and became the first Assamese to become the youngest one to hold this title.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates this great title and confers this State Record Certificate upon him.
