Parasmal Dalchandji Dugad (b 09-04-1958) of Mumbai, Maharashtra, is a Meditation and Yoga expert practitioner. He has been running Preksha Meditation Centre since last 23 years at his Kandivali Centre, providing 365 days of yoga and meditation training free of charge. He has also uploaded 307 videos on YouTube on Meditation and Yoga as on 1st February, 2020.
