CREATIVE PENCIL ART TO EXPLORE ASSAM'S CULTURE
Izharul Hassan Sarkar (b 14-12-1999) of Tezpur, Assam has grabbed the state record for his miniature art on wooden pencil lead. He made a Pepa (10 mm × 3 mm size in 15 minutes), Xorai (10 mm × 3.5 mm size in 30 minutes) and a lot of things to explore Assam's culture.
The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates his ability and offers him a State Record certificate.
