PAINTING ON A PAINT BRUSH
Lakhijyoti Saikia (b 26-10-1996) daughter of Lakhimai Saikia & Late Ram Kumar Saikia of North Lakhimpur has a unique talent of making art on paint brush and this work of her has been declared as a state record.
