SMALLEST FACE ART OF THE YEAR
Kuldeep Hazarika (b 25-09-2006) of North Lakhimpur is a student of eight standard of St. Mary's High School, Lakhimpur, Assam has drawn the smallest face art of 4mm size and set a state record for presenting such a challenging work.
The Assam Book of Records (ABR) is awed by his unique work on art and confers this State Record to him.
