Binanda Mili (b 05-03-2005) son of Jatin Mili a tenth standard student of Gogamukh, Dhemaji, Assam has drawn the tiniest arts of Mahatma Gandhi and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose measured size 3mm x 4mm each and set a state record for doing the tough work.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates his efforts and places his name in it's state record category.
