Rintu Bora (b 08-02-2003) son of Rekha Bora & Padmadhar Bora a student of CKB Commerce College, Jorhat, Assam has set a record for making the largest portrait of 6 feet height × 4 feet width of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan (first Vice President and the second President of India) by using black tape in 50 minutes at his place.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates his talent and creativity and honour him with this State Record certificate.
