Kuldeep Hazarika (b 25-09-2006) son of Tunumoni Hazarika & Prodip Hazarika a student of eight standard of St. Mary's High School, Lakhimpur, Assam has drawn the smallest flag of 6 mm size on nail and set a new state record for presenting such a creative and tough work in his age group.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) is appreciates his and confers this State Record to him.
