Subhalakshmi Gogoi (b 05-04-1996) of Sivasagar, Assam has newly set a state record for smallest portraits in least amount of time. She challenged herself and made six legends portrait measured size of 2 cm × 3 cm in 30 minutes and grabbed the prestigious honour title.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) is awed by her inspiring work and places her name in its State Record category.
