Jyotshna Chutia (b 02-04-1997) daughter of Anu Chutia & Dambaru Chutia of Nimuri, Lakhimpur, Assam has drawn the smallest flag  by pencil. The flag size is 3 mm × 3 mm and it took 30 seconds to complete. The Assam Book of Records (ABR) confirms that this is the smallest flag drawn in shortest time.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) places her name on its State Record and appreciates her for her efforts.
