Arpana Borah (b 20-04-1998) daughter of Sewali Borah & Sibanath Borah of Laluk, Dhekiajuli, a student of B. Ed. in District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Lakhimpur, Assam has set a record for making the smallest Lord Buddha portrait measured 18 mm length x 13 mm breadth in 1 minute. The ABR congratulates her for this unique and challenging attempt.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) wishes her for her creative work and places her name in its State Record.
