MOST DYNAMIC PEACE ACTIVIST FROM NORTHEAST INDIA
Dr Dibyajyoti Saikia (b 28-12-1974), a Human Rights & Social Activist from Assam, who started massive social work in 1999, has eventually set a National Record for his outstanding Human Rights and Social Work. His efforts have always been to eradicate superstition, lynching and witch-hunt and to maintain peace and harmony in society through influencive campaigns, motivational speeches, and public meetings.
The Assam Book of Records (ABR) declares Dr Dibyajyoti Saikia to be the most dynamic peace activist from Northeast of the present time and confers this National Record certificate upon him.
