Dr. Darla Nageswara Rao (b 12-01-1959), Replica Artist, working as an Artist in Government Central Press, Hyderabad, Telangana State, India. He has started making of Mini Indian flags of size 6.5x4.5 em and accommodated 36 flags on a A3 sized white paper in a day, and completed total flags out of A3 sheets in just 20 days. Darla started this work on 1st January 2017, and finished on 20th January 2017. He has rendered the national flags in replica art using water colours of Orange on top, Green at the bottom, and white space which is filled with the symbol of Ashok Wheel in Blue colour.These bunch of flags were inaugurated by Sri.Mohd Anwar garu, Principal of Kakatiya School, Saroornagar, Hyderabad, Telangana. The flags were pinned to all the students who participated in the Republic Day Celebrations on 26th January, 2017 at Kakatiya School.
