Dimpal Hazarika (b 22-02-2005), a college student and the daughter of Late Runjun Hazarika and Mr. Dharmakanta Hazarika of Lakhimpur, Assam, has written a story that can be told in just two phrases and 25 words. According to the Assam Book of Records, this is the state's tiniest narrative.
