Pranab Tahbildar (b 31-07-1990) of Tuplai Panbari, Bajali, Assam, a known art teacher by profession, set a record on June 1, 2021 at his residence for penning two lines upside down consisting of 12 Assamese letters and 18 English letters (each letter measuring height 6 inches x width 4 inches in size) respectively.

 

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) recognises him and awards him with the State Record Certificate.
