Sayan Saha (b 22-12-1999) of Dhubri, Assam, has set a record by founding the Kalpajyoti Foundation, an international NGO that serves thousands of poor people in India and abroad.  He is the Foundation's working President and CEO. With Suvadip Sau, Dibakar Roy, and a few others, he founded this organisation. Sayan Saha, who was just 20 years old when Kalpajyoti Foundation was formed, today holds the state record for being the youngest person to set up an international NGO.
Sayan is congratulated by the Assam Book of Records (ABR) and is included in the State Record Category.
