Sugandhyasree Bhattacharjee (b 19-02-1990), a PhD Research Scholar at Mahapurusha Srimanta Sankaradeva Viswavidyalaya in Nagaon, Assam, and Vice Principal of Swami Vivekananda Kendriya Vidyalaya, Tiloi Nagar, Moran, the daughter of Rupali Bhattacharjee and Rabindra Nath Bhattacharjee of Dibrugarh, Assam, has set a record for creating a short handcrafted handbook on issues of Women. The pages are coloured green to give a message to women to stop accepting in quiet and speak out against those concerns, as well as come out to create their own identity and educate society about gender equality. On July 15, 2021, she completed making the handbook in one hour, consisting of 29 issues with an author's note, each 10 cm × 8 cm in size, at her home.

 

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) recognises her talent and includes her name in the state record category.
