Lyricist Dr. D. R. Upadhyay (b 16-12-1962) has included the names of 41 (the World’s popular) hats & caps to create a lyrical poem and made it public by holding a press conference on the 3rd of August 2021 in Kathmandu, Nepal.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) congratulates Dr. Upadhyay and places his name on its world record category.
