Pragyan Christ Kashyap (b 25-12-2007), an VIIIth-grade student at Pragjyotish Senior Secondary School, Boragaon, Guwahati, and the son of Barnali Devi and Anup Sarma of Guwahati, Assam, set a record for drawing a small scenery measuring 8 mm height x 10 mm width in just 339 seconds at his home on September 5, 2021. The record was set on in front of Smt. Ajanta Sarma, Gazetted officer of Govt. of Assam.

His artistic abilities are recognised by the Assam Book of Records (ABR), which places him in the State Records category.
