Bulu Bala Bhuyan (54), a resident of Sivasagar, Assam, and an Assistant Teacher at Sri Manta Sankardev M. E. School, Amguri, Sivasagar, Assam, established a record for writing the Assamese consonants, i.e. 41 letters in 21 seconds, at her home on August 17, 2021.
