Mintu (Devesh) Boruah (b 07-11-1987), an entrepreneur from Nazira, Sivasagar, Assam, who draws portraits using the laptop touchpad, has lately drawn a portrait of the first Prime Minister of independent India Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru in 240 seconds and set a state record for fastest drawn portrait using a touchpad.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) admires this unique work of artistic merit and confers this State Record Certificate upon Mr Boruah.
