Utpal Sharma (b 01-02-1977) of Jamugurihat, Tezpur, Sonitpur, Assam has set the state record for writing two of the year's longest modern poems in Assamese using the poetic technique anaphora, one beginning with "Sa" and containing 81 words in 21 lines, and the other beginning with "Ma" and containing 63 words in 19 lines. The titles of the poems follow the same guideline

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) recognises his writing talent and includes him among the state record holders.
