Sudarshan Saikia (b 12-08-1999) son of Jyoti Saikia and Lalit Saikia, a student from Dikhowmukh, Sivasagar, Assam, has recently made a mask measuring approx 4.0 cm x 3.2 cm. This mask made of clay, colour, bamboo sticks, cotton clothes and cow dung is the smallest face mask of the state.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) congratulates him and confers a State Record certificate upon him.
