The social organization 'Barta,' located in Bhabolichuk, Gorokhia Dole, Jorhat, Assam, set a record for hosting the inaugural All Assam Mohila Bhaona Competition. Traditionally performed by men, this event marked the first instance of women takincentreer stage in the Bhaona performance. The competition, held statewide, unfolded from January 21 to January 27, 2024, with the record officially acknowledged by the Assam Book of Records on January 28, 2024, at Sihnajatra Rangkshetra in Bhabolichuk, Gorokhia Dole, Jorhat, Assam.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) recognises their efforts and adds their name to the list of state records.
