Tushar Saikia (b 07-09-2021), a toddler son of Narmada Thengal Saikia and Ajay Saikia of Dighalijan, Gaurisagar, Sivasagar, Assam has the ability to recall a wide range of general knowledge questions, including topics such as country capitals, state and district names, fruits, vegetables, and the full forms of various abbreviations. His mother played a pivotal role in guiding him, and at his young age, he stands among the youngest to achieve this.
