Rajumoni Rabha (b 29-09-1986), a multi-talented teacher, author, artist, and respected figure from Morigaon, Assam, has achieved a remarkable distinction!  Rabha has been recognized by the Assam Book of Records (ABR) for acquiring the highest number of National and International certificates (an impressive 54) across the fields of art, literature, and child welfare.
