Ourav Khetawat (b 11-12-2019), a student of JKG at Kidzee, Baraholia, Tezpur, Assam, and the son of Shilpa Khetawat and Ankit Khetawat, Tezpur, Assam, has set a record for becoming the youngest yellow belt holder in taekwondo for the state. He received the belt on 5th May 2024 at Tezpur. He is presently being mentored by Utpal Mandal in Tezpur Amature Taekwondo Academy.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) lauds his prodigious talent in attaining the yellow belt in Taekwondo at a remarkably young age, thereby adding his name within the state records category.
