Ritukalpa Gohain, a resident of Sivasagar, has achieved a remarkable feat in his role as the editor of "Gunakar," a sincere respect to the lives and contributions of senior citizens. Ritukalpa Gohain has curated this exceptional book featuring 100 senior citizens aged 70+, celebrating their tireless dedication to society and beyond. Inaugurated on 19th June 2024 at the Abhoypuria Sampriti Sangha in Deoroja, Sivasagar, Assam, "Gunakar" was brought to life under the auspices of the Abhinandan Grantha editorial board member Bipin Saikia and Progyan Jyoti Saikia, commemorating the achievements and invaluable contributions of these individuals.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) has highly appreciated his outstanding efforts by placing his name in the category of honorable State Records for presenting seniors with respect and appropriate titles.
