Dinesh Ramakant Patil (b 21-02-1974) of Mumbai, Maharashtra (India) is a showman who wrote, directed, shot and edited a short film using a mobile phone.  The film which is based on the pitiable condition of street dogs was shot, edited entirely on his Nokia N70 Mobile and incorporates more than 200 cuts and effects with title. This one man show has set a new national record and is an inspiration for the generation.

The Assam Book of Records honour his ability and put his name in the national records category.
