Prosenjit Dutta (b 20-10-1979) from Tezpur, Assam has devoutly pursued philography (hobby of collecting autographs) since 1992 and has eventually set a State Record for collecting more than 170 autographs of celebrities ranging in different fields that include Bollywood/Tollywood/Assamese actors, actresses, film directors, producers, singers, music directors, theatre artistes, bands, sports persons, authors, spiritual leaders and so on. What makes his genre of philography more significant is that all the autographs he has were collected by meeting the celebrities in person and he has a photograph taken with each of the celebrities he approached and got an autograph of.
The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates his endeavour and confers this State Record certificate upon him.
